What cat owners need to bring
- Owner’s identification card
- Cat’s vaccination booklet showing proof of vaccination against FVRCP and rabies
- Cat food and treats
- If you prefer that we feed your cat our in-house food, additional fees will apply. We serve Royal Canin Fit.
- Please keep all food in an airtight container and leave a written feeding instruction for our staff during check-in.
- Toys or bedding that your cat loves and that would make him/her more comfortable in a new surrounding
- Cat litter
- We provide tofu litter free of charge but if your cat is not used to tofu litter, you must bring your own.
- A secured carrier to carry your cat in to prevent him/her from escaping during handling or transportation.

ข้อปฏิบัติการใช้บริการ
- ทางเราจะรับเฉพาะน้องเเมวที่ได้้รับวัคซีนรวม (FVRCP) ครบเเล้ว 3 เข็ม อย่างน้อย 5 วันก่อนเข้าพัก 1.1 สําหรับน้องเเมวที่อายุตํ่ากว่า 4 เดือน จะต้องได้รับวัคซีนรวม 2 เข็ม 1.2 สำหรับน้องแมวที่อายุเยอะแล้วสัตวแพทย์ไห้แนะนำฉีดวัคซีน กรุณาแสดงใบรับรองจากสัตวเเพทย์แพทย์ที่ระบุว่าน้องแมวสุขภาพดี
- น้องเเมวต้องปราศจากเห็บหมัดและไรหู 2.1 ในกรณีที่พบว่าน้องเเมวมีเห็บ หมัด หรือ ไรหู ทางเราจะหยอดยาให้ หรือ อาจต้องอาบนํ้าให้ก่อนน้องสามารถเข้าพัก เจ้าของจะต้องรับผิดชอบค่ายาเเละค่าอาบนํ้า 2.2 อย่างไรก็ตาม ทางเราจะไม่รับผิดชอบถ้าน้องแมวติดเห็บหมัดหรือไรหูระหว่างช่วงเวลาเข้าพัก
- ทางเราจะไม่รับแมวที่เป็นโรคติดต่อเช่น fiv felv fiP และอื่นๆ หรือน้องเเมวที่มีพฤติกรรมก้าวร้าว
- ทางเราจะไม่รับน้องแมวที่มีอาการคล้ายเป็นโรคติดต่อเช่นเหนื่อยล้า ตาอักเสบ ไอจาม และอื่นๆ
- ในกรณีที่น้องแมวป่วยระหว่างเข้าพัก เเล้วทางเราจําเป็นต้องพาน้องไปหาสัตวแพทย์ เจ้าของจะต้องรับผิดชอบค่าเดินทางเเละค่ารักษาของน้อง
- ถึงแม้ทางเราจะใช้มาตรการคัดกรองและฆ่าเชื้อไวรัส แบคทีเรีย และเชื้อ ราอย่างสุดความสามารถ การฝากเลี้ยงน้องแมวก็ยังมีความเสี่ยง
- ทางเราจะไม่สามารถรับผิดชอบหากน้องแมวป่วยหรือเสียชีวิตระหว่างการเข้าพัก
- Only cats that have been vaccinated with the FVRCP vaccine (”distemper shot”) at least 7 days before check-in will be accepted. 1.1 Kittens under 4 months must have received at least 2 times vaccination. 1.2 For senior cats whose vet does not recommend having a vaccine, please produce a letter from your vet stating that your cat is healthy and suitable for boarding.
- All cats must be flea, tick and mites free. 2.1 If we notice that your cat has fleas, ticks or mites, you will have to pay for Anti-Flea bath treatment and Anti-Flea spot on. Our staff will bathe your cat first before placing it in the room to prevent infestation to other cats. 2.2 We shall not be responsible if you claim that your cat contracted fleas, ticks or mites during its stay.
- We shall not accept cats with infectious diseases like FIV, FELV, FIP and other cats' illnesses, or cats that are aggressive.
- We reserve the right to refuse admission to cats that present the appearance of illness before boarding, such as lethargy, inflamed eyes, coughing, repeated sneezing or watery nose.
- If your cat falls ill during boarding, you have granted us the right to take the cat to the nearest vet at the soonest available time. Transportation and vet fees will be at your expense. We require all owners to provide an emergency contact number in this case.
- We take pride in providing our clients with the cleanest environment possible, however no pet hotel is able to guarantee absolute safety against bacteria, viruses, fungus or parasites that can go undetected. As much as we implement stringent measures to screen and disinfect against threats, please know that you do take a risk every time you board a cat.
- We will do our best to accommodate your cat's needs to make sure they are comfortable during the stay but we shall not be held liable should your cat fall sick during its stay with us.
